      About the author

      Nicoletta Polliotto is a digital project manager, food & tourism marketing expert, speaker, lecturer and consultant. She oversees digital projects throughout Italy from her home in Turin. She has written Digital marketing per la ristorazione (Flaccovio, 2015) and Digital food marketing (Hoepli, 2018). She edits Hoepli’s DMT Digital Marketing Turismo series.

      Ilaria Legato is a brand designer in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. She founded the "I food designer" group and coordinates the Master in Brand Design and Management for Food, Wine and Tourism at IED in Florence.
