      Descrizione

In the wild Indian jungle, a baby boy is found in a basket. A wolf family adopts this ‘man-cub’ calling him Mowgli. We follow his wild adventures as he grows from boy to man with his friends and protectors, old Baloo the bear and Bagheera the black panther. Mowgli’s enemy is Shere Khan, a ferocious tiger, who wants his blood.

Will Mowgli survive and find his true home in the jungle? Mowgli’s story has been followed by millions of readers for years and years. It has remained popular all over the world, among children and adults, also thanks to the great number of adaptations for film and other media.

The text includes a variety of activities for the four skills and dossiers to explore and expand the cultural aspects associated with the story. The volume also provides a recording of some parts of the text.
